  • More than 20 years teaching experience in both maintained and independent education sectors (Primary through to FE)

  • 15 yrs experience as SENCO including positions as Director of Additional Needs, Head of Learning Support, working with learners and parents, leading teams of teachers and support staff through Ofsted and ISI inspections

  • Extensive SAFEGUARDING experience and working with Looked After Pupils

  • Most recently a independent assessor, trainer and tutor - advising young people, parents, schools, adults and businesses
