“Banish barriers. Learning is limitless!”
"Forming and maintaining positive relationships with learners, parents, staff and colleagues is at the heart of what we do. To us such positive feedback as shown below is what we always strive for." Rachel
“If only my son had met Rachel earlier in his school life … within two sessions of working with S, Rachel felt he clearly required further assessments and assistance recognising his methods of learning. He quickly felt comfortable enough with her to off-load his feelings of despair relating to self-esteem issues …With Rachel's help though (re interview technique) and encouragement, S attended an interview and secured one of the few places available on a motor-sports course. He continues to thrive on this course, using the study skills that Rachel taught him, to complete the numerous assignments. Home life is much happier all round, as recognition that S has an Autistic Spectrum Condition and is not always 'just being an unreasonable teenager' means we now deal with situations in an more effective and less stressful way. I am sure she will have a positive impact on the life of many more teenagers!"
Thank you for the report, I totally agree with your findings, J was pleased too. He said it helped him understand why he finds things tricky and he has felt like some teachers think he 'puts it on'. (Parent)

“outstanding … quick to respond to concerns about students experiencing difficulties and to identify their specific problems and provide the expert support and help they needed. As a result, she made a crucial difference to the exam grades and students were able to achieve - with one particular able student's grade rising from a C to an A* at GCSE.” (P. Farley - Head of Politics Wellingborough School)
“Rachel is always available to offer excellent advice and support regarding all aspects of additional needs … Her support has meant that many of our SEN Students have received excellent guidance, nurturing and development… The training she has provided has been exceptional and has allowed staff to fulfil an outstanding pastoral relationship with both students and parents.” (M. Ratledge – Student Manager (yrs7 – 11) at 1400 Secondary School)
